12oz can received via trade w/ pfoxyjohn -
Beer pours out a light straw yellow body, crystal clear with a fluffy 2" bright white head. The head dissipated incredibly quickly, with zero lacing. Aroma starts out with some light nail polish remover with a good dose of bready yeast. The nail polish note doesn’t really go away, but it does become less noticeable. The flavor is where this beer shines with a really clean malt bill, touch of citrus and honey. Really floral I thought for a wheat beer, but sooo drinkable. Finish is clean and quick. Really a nice summertime beer, but did go well watching the Jets beat the Pats in the playoffs! -
