Made with fresh lime, coriander, and sea salt, Gose with Lime is a smooth, soft drinking, light-bodied gose with a tantalizing aroma of lightly candied lime and a huge punch of fresh lime tangy tartness. The Maine Sea Salt adds just a very subtle touch of salinity, mostly helping to amplify and brighten the citrus flavors and to soften the beer’s mouthfeel. Gose with Lime is light golden blonde in color with a tiny touch of haze from the addition of wheat and fresh lime juice and zest.
