Donkey-Hoté (pronounced Don Quixote) is our ass-kicking double IPA. Gold in color, soft on the palate, and hazy in appearance, Donkey-Hoté boasts aromas & flavors of citrus, apricot, peach, and ripe melon, finishing with a lingering hop bitterness. But, beware – Donkey-Hoté could have you tilting at windmills— this beer drinks so smoothly for a double IPA, you would never guess it was 8.2%!

Pours dark chocolate with minimal head. Aroma offers rich chocolate, roast malt, a hint of hops. Flavor presents chocolate, coconut, roast malt, piney hops. Texture gives decent body and peppy fizz. Go ahead, make an ass of yourself.
