As a result of the ongoing stress and challenges of the COVID pandemic on our society, our company, and specifically our friends in the hospitality industry, we wanted to brew a beer to send a message of hope. Bright Day Coming is the result. All proceeds from the launch of BDC will be donated to Giving Kitchen, a non-profit who provides emergency assistance to service workers in times of need. This 5.5% hazy IPA is loaded with ripe orange notes up front, a balanced biscuit-like malt character, and rounding out with a slight acetic melon finish. When the future is hazy and uncertain, stay strong and keep believing; there’s a Bright Day Coming.

Pours somewhat hazy topaz with a thick and frothy snowy head. Aroma yields dank and resiny hops, tart and tangy grapefruit, fresh malt. Flavor provides tart grapefruit, tangy orange, dank and piney hops, a fresh malt underpinning. Texture features decent body and peppy fizz. A bright day is indeed coming - 20 January 2021.
