A stone ale. 800 degrees centigrade lava rocks are added to the wort creating a coating of caramel. The rocks are then left in the tanks with the beer during maturation, slowly releasing the caramel. Ale yeast and aroma hops complete the special aroma notes.

Bottled@CPH BeerFest 2010. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, yeast, some wood and fruits. Flavour is fruity, sweet malty and also quite spicy. Mild toasted notes as well.
