Our interpretation of the great British extra special bitter, but offered with the twist of a cascading nitrogen pour! It is a harmonious blend of caramel malt flavors with floral hop aromas, complemented by the smooth nitro mouth feel. A house favorite.

02.18.05 Lightly malty nose pervades from beneath a thick froth. Lightly floral. Light and soft body. Light fruits and a mite of apricot. Light. But solid.

Light amber color. Medium to large sized white foamy head. Aroma is malty and sweet. A medium bodied ESB. Malts are fruity and sweet. Slightly bitter hops. This is more of a mild or a bitter than an ESB. Nice smooth taste, Sweet finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

I had this at the brewpub. Copper color with a micro head and good lacing. Nice malt and hop balance. Smooth. This was a pretty good beer, like most from this brewpub.
