Orzo e frumento sono arrivati dalla Baviera per incontrarsi in questa birra e definirne, in perfetta armonia, l’inconfondibile gusto. E’ un piacere che non conosce fretta, ma che ama lasciarsi catturare in un istante: eccolo nel colore giallo paglierino, nel gusto sofisticato, nel profumo, nato da lieviti pregiati ad alta fermentazione e così intensamente fruttato. Poi, il suo carattere dissetante e la sua anima frizzante affiorano insieme per dichiararsi nel sapore unico che la rende indimenticabile. Così è lei: un amore a prima vista da assaporare in ogni sua singola nota. Profumo fruttato derivante da lieviti pregiati, rinfrescante, ricca di sapore. Poco luppolata, molto frizzante e piacevole. 12.5°

Stylish 750 ml bottle, shared with Tom at Øl & Mat-festivalen, Oslo. ABV 5.1%. Cloudy golden colour, moderate white head. Typical witbier aroma and flavour, notes of coriander and orange peel, hardly any noticeable hops. A hint of diacetyl is not what I want in a witbier. Drinkable, but lacks "bite". Boring.
