An Irish Red ale hopped up to Ameican IPA levels. Rich caramel and red berry fruit notes with a zesty citrus and resinous hop bite. Very well balanced, finishing malty with a bitter hop edge.

Keg halfpint at Graingers, Dublin. Slightly hazy amber colour, white (or slightly off-white) head. Moderate fruity aroma, notes of berries. The flavour is sweeter than expected, some malts (including some mild roasty ones), hops and woody notes, but not perfectly balanced.
