Brewed in collaboration with Haandbryggeriet from Norway, this is a pretty special beer. A brett fermented golden ale brewed with apricots and aged in French oak barrels. This is tart, funky, and full of semi-sweet acidity from the fruit used. A superbly accomplished beer.

750 ml waxed bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.66%. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Strong aroma of apricots, oak and brettanomyces / farmhouse, spicy hints. The flavour has some fruity acidity, but is not extremely sour. Distinct notes of apricots, brettanomyces and oak, moderate hops. Moreish.
