DDH (double dry-hopped) hopped Double IPA that pairs the best Amarillo and Galaxy hops on top of a bed of the finest American Barley and oats. The Amarillo takes the series in a slightly more citrus direction featuring flavors of non-acidic orange juice, some melon, and white grapefruit. Pours barely translucent papaya with a thick and lasting buttermilk head. Aroma generates resiny hops, zesty tropical, tangy citrus. Flavor gives piney and somewhat bitter hops, tangy orange with a streak of grapefruit, sweet mango and banana. Texture features nice smooth body and peppy fizz. Vroom vroom.
