Pours hazy topaz with a thick and rather persistent snow-white head. Aroma presents tart, zesty pomme and tropical tones with an underpinning of raw malt. Flavor offers seriously tart fruit, pomme and tropical, plus zesty malt. Mouthfeel features fair body and fizz. Keep up the -ishes, Unknown.
