THE SOUR PEACH, a Sour Rye Saison Ale by our sour project The Sour Note Brewing. The Sour Peach was barrel fermented with Brettanomyces for 9 months in French Oak. We then added 300 pounds of fresh Georgia peaches, which were in the barrel for 1 month. The ABV is 6.2% on this beauty.
