Introducing Mosaic Dividends, our 7% hazy IPA that puts the spotlight on some of the most exciting hops in the industry. In this iteration of Dividends we rolled with a fresh dose of Mosaic hops. It is definitely one of the favored hop strains for bringing out those juicy tropical aromatics. With hop forward notes of mango, lemon, citrus, and blueberry this hop shines through and through. We went with Mosaic incognito in the whirlpool and followed up with a giant dry hop addition of fresh Mosaic hops
