In the U.S., India Pale Ales have become regionalized to the West and East Coast. In an effort to set ourselves apart from the pack we are brewing a Southwestern Virginia IPA. Southwest V IPA is made from 2 Row Brewers Malt, Toasted Malt, and 2 Caramel Malts. It is assertively hopped with Chinook and Amarillo hops.

I had a 4 ounce sample of this beer at the River Company Resturant on 16 June 2012 as part of an 8 beer taster. This was a nice IPA. It was more of a pine hop than a citrus hop backbone. Either way, very nice.
