Light in both color and body, this cream ale is crisp and clean. Small amounts of flaked maize are added to the mash to provide a smooth mouth-feel while in the kettle it is hopped entirely with local Willamette hops giving it a subtle herbal, spicy finish.

Breakfast beer #1, day 3. Fairly sweet aroma and taste, very subtle hopping. Body is light, smooth, somewhat refreshing. Flavor mostly vanilla cream with a hint of spice.
