Inspired by the Kölsch beers of Germany, HOLLYWOOD BLONDE combines the rich full flavor of an ale with the delicate softness of a fine lager. Our award-winning brewmaster, MB Raines-Casselman, has revived a long-lost brewing process which gives this shimmering golden beer a subtle but distinctive hop finish to complement its rich smooth maltiness. Elegant and sophisticated, yet lively and refreshing, HOLLYWOOD BLONDE can be enjoyed alone or served with a fine meal.

Clear yellow colour, small white head. Weak aroma of lemon, butterand flowers. Thin flavour of biscuity malts, lemon and green apples. Short and a bit sharp hoppy finish.

Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. Vegetably malty aroma with hayish hints. Vegetably and hayish malts in flavour along with mild hopping and sugar. Blah.

Light orange gold color. Small white foamy head. Aroma is malty and fruity, slightly floral. A medium bodied kolsch/golden ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly citrusy and slightly bitter. Kind of hoppy for a golden ale. Very drinkable beer, which I would not have guessed after looking at the label. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Golden color, very clear, light bodied, w/ a little bite up front and a smooth finish. Went well w/ Mexican food; it would probably go well w/ any spicy food. Also, this is a very good hot weather beer.

A great one, the label makes it seem too hyped, but it definetely backs that ass up.

Pours gold with small to medium head. Light hop and citrus nose but nothing in this beer stands out. Not sure if I'd drink it again even on a hot day.

Wonderful combination of malt and hops. The fruity aftertaste makes this beer a winner.
