That is a new collaboration beer that we brewed with a brewery so new that they aren’t even open yet. BlueJacket Brewery, based out of Washington DC was founded by some friends of ours and we teamed up with them on this special version of a Belgian-style Quadruple to help them kick things off in our nation’s capitol.

A fruit forward, semi-sweet quad. Subtle in the way of dry and spicy belgian yeast, but it is there, you just have to work for it. No sign of 10% in the flavor or finish. Nice brew.
