Inquisition is our Apparition Double IPA aged on Spanish cedar for 3 months. The cedar has mellowed out the alcohol and blends nicely with the citrus aroma from the amarillo and citra hops. The color pours a very bright copper golden and drinks with a slight spiciness that blends nicely with the hop bitterness. 9% ABV
