My table at the festival was right next to The Brew Kettle as I carefully crafted so I was able to sip on a few pulls of this smoky Marzen all day. Lightly smoked malt compliments the rich sweet caramel. Aroma of smoke haus ham and burning wood. All rather delicate and intertwined in great fashion. We also started blending this in a 50/50 mix with the Breakfast Stout I was serving up for a truly mind blowing black and tan.
