Only my second mead ever, so.. nice aroma of honey, some alcohol and a touch of sweetness. Mouthfeel is smooth, and sticky, no carbonation or head. The body is pale to mid yellow.Flavors of honey with a nice apple tartness that dosent over-shadow the honey. Very easy to drink, and tasty. I kinda like this mead, it makes me want to try more.
