This Beer is based on a homebrew recipe from the Brew Bubbas (www.BrewBubbas.com). It is a Barleywine that has wheat as the majority of its grain bill. It is not cloudy like low ABV wheat beers. It is clear, very rich and smooth to drink. This beer feels like a big beer in your mouth. You really need to let this beer age at least 3 months, or the alcohol is too hot. But after that, YEA BABY!

Okay the directions on the web says to give it 3 months, well i wish i would have taken that advise. Aromas of fruit, booze, wheat, some earth hops as well. Flavor were about the same but the alcohol was almost overwhelming, it muddled the other flavors to a point of, well it wasnt good. Overall if you let it age it has some nice characteristics that might work out with time.
