#004 セゾンドホップ Saison de Hop Alc:4.5% IBU:38 ホップ:チャレンジャー・マンダリナババリア 仕込日：８月２８日 醸造担当者：松尾弘寿 小麦麦芽を２割ほど使用。ベルギービール酵母で発酵させたフルーティーな香り。 多めのホップで苦味と香り強くしましたが、甘さもあるのでバランスよく仕上がりました
