Our version of the English classic using American Willamette hops and carmel / chocolate grains. We think of You’re a good beer Terminal Brown as a working-class brew, even keeled, well balanced and only mildly neurotic. Imminently drinkable, rich with classic English characteristics conveyed in our straightforward American way. He lands midway between pale ales and porters, but Terminally Brown is no fence rider, the toasty, roasty and nutty flavors stand ready to slake any thirst. Good Grief!...Great Beer.

This poured a light brown color with a small fading head. The aroma contains some caramel, nutmeg, and chocolate. The flavor was quite bitter for a brown ale with some toffee and nutty flavors present. And oddly a hint of citrus is also present. The finish is mostly bitter. My only complaint with this beer was the palate was a bit thin. Overall a decent brown ale.
