Who is John Alt? – The simple answer is our new Altbier brewed with German Munich Malts and German Spalter hops. Steve’s newest brew’s fermenting temperature is lowered more slowly making for a longer conditioning time and producing a smooth and delicate beer that keeps you coming back for more. As for the long answer well…one day we would like to quit working, grow our hair out and have long discussions about it while sitting Indian style and saying dude a lot but for now we will keep busting our humps everyday to bring you the all the fun and deliciousness we can muster. Thanks and Prost!!!

This poured a murky brown color with a light beige head. The aroma contained some nuttiness and caramel. The flavor was malty but nothing to write home about just to Ratebeer about. The palate was a bit thin. Waaah Waaah Waaah ok but they do much better.
