This monster was created with some of the best chocolate and roasted malts to create the perfect blend of stout fullness and minimal fruit esters. This beer will have you trying to decide if you like fullness or the myriad of coffee and chocolate undertones more. It will also have the other stout brewers gathering the torches and storming our door.

Taps opaque coffee with a thick buff head. Aroma provides roast malt, coffee, oatmeal and molasses tones. Flavor yields roast malt, molasses, oatmeal, coffee, semi-sweet chocolate. Texture features fair body - thin for a stout - and peppy fizz. Put some in your stein, Frank.

In the ever-present ominous reaching shadow of the Choo-Choo - Last beer of the evening after dinner. Nice dark brown-black color with a tan head and good lacing. Some chocolate, sweet creamed coffee and hops in the aromas. Smooth and creamy taste with the semi-sweet cocoa and coffee upfront the a nice malty and slightly bitter finish. Very good stout indeed. Woo Woo says the Choo-Choo...

This one was my favorite of the evening. Poured a black color with some ruby hints and a beige head. The aroma contained some chocolate and espresso. The flavor was quite bitter and roasty with some oatmeal, espresso, and chocolate present. The finish was more bitter than sweet. Overall a very nice stout.
