Magic Hour is on the juicier end of the IPA spectrum. Chinook and Citra bring in aromas of pineapple, mango, and sweet oranges. Chinook and the Scottish Ale yeast have a way of really pulling the ripe tropical notes out of anything they’re paired with. Citra pushes this combo into ripe passionfruit and mango territory. Low bitterness, plenty of protein, and a moderately high finishing gravity all help accentuate that juiciness
