This DIPA highlights the tropical notes of Australian Vic Secret paired with the ripe and resinous Chinook. Vic Secret is loaded with pineapple and passionfruit. Chinook boosts that pineapple character, and simultaneously brings in subtle notes of pine and grapefruit which balance the slightly grassy Australian terrior. The high oil content of the hops combine with the oats to coat your mouth with ripe, tropical flavor
