Party Boy 6.8% abv A dry and juicy farmhouse style IPA fermented entirely with a blend of Brettanomyces. We’ve also used 9 different hops including; El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Citra. It’s floral and has a dry, light body with tropical notes of ripe cantaloupe and citrus.

Pours hazy apricot with a nice ivory head. Aroma presents strongly resiny hops accompanied by fresh malt and citrus tones. Hoppy flavor delivers evergreen, fruity and subtle malty notes but minimal bitterness. Firm body features plenty of fizz. Party with this boy!

Probably wouldn't be a great IPA on its own, but the mix of citrus and funk in the nose and flavor, along with a drier than usual finish was really appealing. These guys know their way around the farmhouse styles.
