Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

pours a nice golden straw color. large sudsy pale white head that sets nicely and stays till the end. The aroma is key lime, salt/mineral, and a certain spice. Coriander? White pepper? Slight malt. The taste is candied lime and lightly-browned toast. Oxidized lime peel. Mineral finish. No bitter bite, but it isn't exactly sweet. The mouthful is Weirdly creamy, in a good way. Light carbonation. Crisp finish. Clean throughout. Medium bodied.
