Tasted on tap at the brewpub 10/25/2008. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruit and floral. Kind of mild bitterness for a “PNW” style IPA, a touch too sweet with not enough hops to balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is very slightly bitter, most of that at the very end.
