The long maceration with roasted barley gives it a rich touch to burn, chocolate and coffee, and an absolutely black color. We take style black beer in the winter, but is equally rich in the summer. Marriage. Red meat, hot sauces, chicken to Grill, the roast in general, sushi, smoked fish and chocolate.

One of the best stouts I have ever tasted and it was a Chilean microbrew. It was a medium to full-bodied ale with a dark black colored body and a thick brown head. I immediately noticed a dark semi-sweet chocolate aroma. It had a nice chocolate flavor but not too sweet and some hops apparent but not too overpowering of the not too dry or sweet stout.
