What we have here, amigos, is my take on a proper Mexican style lager – smooth and easy to drink with a superbly clear body. I tossed in a hefty dose of El Dorado hops to give this brew slightly sweet, malty, and tropical fruit aromas. Muy sabrosa! – Travis, Brewer Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Maize, Vienna Malt, Carapils Hops: Hallertau, Sterling, El Dorado

Pours clear amber with a thin eggshell head. Aroma offers malty and subtle pomme fruit notes. Flavor is typical of a lager, more like a mega-brew than a craft brew, malty and a little fruity. Mouthfeel offers so-so body and typical fizz. OK for a party or just taking the edge off a hot day.
