We chose the mind blowing Moasic hop and a simple grain bill decided on a hefty late hop addition and a gernerous dry hop schedule all to best showcase the flavor and aroma. The result is a light crushable moderately bitter brew for hopheads like us.

Taps clear amber with a nice fine-bubbled pale buff head. Strongly hoppy aroma reaches the nose from half a meter away, and offers some zesty orange and grapefruit closer in. Flavor features evergreen hops, tangy citrus, and a little fresh malt, adding up to an impressive IPA. Mouthfeel presents good body and animated fizz. Hatch one today!
