Pours clear, bubbly amber with a very thick and rather persistent fine parchment head. Aroma gives resiny hops, zesty grapefruit and pineapple, fresh malt, a little dankness. Flavor delivers tangy and sweet grapefruit and pineapple with notes of orange and mango, piney hops, dankness and malt in supporting roles. It seems to get a little better with each sip! Texture provides good body, sharp lively fizz, woody bitterness on the back end. Oh what a year it was!
