While very belgian-y, the beer just didn't scream "tripel" or IPA to me. I picked up the yeasty, fruity aroma and there were surly enough hops to cut the sweetness, but the beer just seemed more of a Golden Ale than a specialty IPA Tripel. The final verdict is still out. I think I need another one to know for sure!
