500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 7.9%. Unfiltered. Dark brown colour, big beige head. Pleasant sweetish aroma with notes of malts, loads of caramel and old sherry or port. Hints of oak and leather. Sweet malty flavour, notes of oak, old sherry or port again, plenty of caramel but the sweetness is not cloying. Very moderate hops, a little more would not hurt. Still, a reasonably good beer as it is.

Reddish brown, low creamy beige head. deep and rich malty aroma of toffee, licorice, caramel, banana and chocolate. Rich malty flavour, almost vinous. Chocolate, toffee, black currant with a discrete banana tone. Long hearty amlty finish with a vinous undertone. Very good beer!

hazy red-amber colour with a fine head, malty and earthy aroma, prune and wood, full-bodied, sweet and slightly acidic with a good bitterness, dry and very malty aftertaste, notes of licorice and long warming alcohol touch - absolutely marvelous !

nice malty aroma with a hint of berries - the head is moderate and the taste is very malty with a nice bitter finish to it - the beer is dark and unfiltered
