    Supposedly a Pliny clone, but if that's really the case, they dropped the ball on this one. It's ano k brew. Decent amounts of citrus and pine, but nothing pops, and the malt is too prominant, especialy if Pliny is what they were going for. 2013...getting dialed in, perhaps.

    Tasted on tap at the 11th Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/12/2011. This double IPA pours a light orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, citrusy and floral. A medium to lighter bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and grapefruity. Good carbonation. Nice balance. A medium bitter IPA, the bitterness tends to linger. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
