Zesty is an India Peel Ale dry hopped with our selected Citra and conditioned on an absurd amount of orange zest. About 8 hours into zesting oranges we considered that maybe we had made a large mistake designing the recipe the way we did, but after another 8 hours of zesting oranges this beer smells like the freshest orange ever and we think it was all worth it
