Sunlight Cream Ale is our most approachable beer and is a great introduction to the world of Craft Beer. Cream ale is one of the earliest styles of American beer, but was virtually wiped out by American lager brewers. Our Cream Ale is an all malt beer. Only the finest quality barley, wheat and oats are used to give this beer it’s smooth malt profile which is delicately balanced with American hops and a cool fermentation to give this beer a crisp, clean finish.

Poured out clear and gold with a thick foamy head.I can barely smell anything just light notes of citrus. The mouthfeel is thin. The taste is clean zero bitterness, nothing special.

Taps clear topaz with a fair ivory head. Aroma offers pomme and tropical fruit and fresh malt. Flavor delivers sweet malt, pomme and tropical notes. Texture provides fair body and fizz, and a fruity and slightly hoppy finish. Now the hops appear! Catch some sunlight!

Smooth body, and decent semi-sweet cream and earthy hop flavor. Aroma is hard to get out - you have to work for it. Nothing to complex or interesting in this one.
