Our Brut IPA is light bodied and bone dry which accentuates the wonderful hop character contributed by a huge dry hop of Citra and El Dorado. Brewed in celebration of our fourth anniversary at our 10th Street location, it is reminiscent of some of our favorite California sparkling wines: bubbly, fruit-forward, and exceptionally drinkable.
