This beer explores the curiosity of a new yeast with IPA hopping techniques. We used 100 percent German Polaris hops and fermented it hot with our house Kveik yeast strain. This IPA is crisp in taste, with dank aroma notes of pineapple, mint and mango. Named in honor of all those guys out there, strutting their stuff, in the most manly getup ever: Jorts.
