OUR TRIBUTE to American Craft Beer Week is Not So Common Kentucky Common Cream Ale. We’ve re-created a pre-prohibition style beer that has its roots in early craft beer. Using a pilsner/flaked corn base, a touch of roasted barley and our house ale yeast, this beer was fermented quick to be enjoyed super fresh. In the early 1900s, this beer style was made by 80% of the local breweries in Kentucky. We raise a glass to you, the early brewing pioneers, for our ability to do what we do. Cheers!
