Reaching into the unknown, Cantilever is a hybrid of a few beer styles we classify simply as a Dark Ale. With the malty backbone of a brown ale, hop character of a black IPA, and the crispness of a blonde ale, we’ve mixed in all but the kitchen sink. Brewed with pale, wheat, oats and a bunch of specialty malts, we fermented this warm with our house Kveik yeast and dry hopped it with Green Bullet and Mosaic hops to add some fruit aromas. Extend your arm and grab a glass of Cantilever.
