In collaboration with our friends at Bao Down we put together what we think is a pretty killer Oyster stout. The Oysters are from Sawmill Bay on Quadra Island. Light and dry with a subtly briny character and unique viscosity, this unique style seldom seen, is true to a West Coast terroir.
