Two Timing Ale is a classic American IPA, made with the classic American ingredients, but it is a simple beer to make. The grain bill is mostly American 2 row barley with a little darker and sweeter malt for color and a single variety of hops. There are six large hop additions from first wort to flame out. Enjoy!

Taps clear amber with a fine-bubbled ivory head. Aroma provides tropical and stone fruit, fresh malt, a hint of hops. Flavor yields beaucoup sweet stone and tropical fruit and some raw malt, with piney hops on the back end. Texture delivers peppy fizz and smooth, fairly firm body. Two times the taste.
