Rated Sept. 2017. Poured up on tap at the downtown San Diego Stone brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up a blend of apricot, mango, papaya and then a thin sweet breadiness. The taste delivers smoothness semi sweet malts and soft tropical fruitiness transitioning quickly into bitter citrus hops followed by juicer mango, papaya and apricot. Lots going on here. It has spicy, floral and malt sweetened herbal hop notes as well. Fun beer. Fun hop.
