What better way to commemorate a fresh start than with an uber-fresh beer? This variant of our Enjoy By IPA series features innovative brewing techniques that give it a bright effervescence and a super-dry finish. It makes for a great craft beer alternative to traditional “bubbles,” and it’s still blasted with enough explosive hop flavor to rival any fireworks display. 32oz crowler pours with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up thin malts and esters and then vague hops that seem like a blend of grapefruit and booze. The taste delivers tepid grapefruit and clementine like citrus hop juiciness flowing quickly into a modest degree of citrus hop bitterness. Around those notes the experience is muddled in some esters, tired tasting hops and booze.
