For a long time, the idea of haze obscuring an IPA’s appearance was frowned upon. Nowadays, we’re inclined to stare right into the haze and let the haze stare back. It’s all about that magically murky golden glow. This IPA is brewed with a trifecta of barley, oats and wheat to lock in the haze while aromas of stone fruit and citrus billow forth from Mosaic and Citra hops. Lean back and lose yourself in the clouds.

32oz crowler pours with a slightly hazy gold to copper colored body that supports a lasting white head of foam. The aroma offers up some nice clementine, grapefruit and tangelo citrus as well as a sense of peach and melon. The taste delivers a pleasing level of tangy tangelo to clementine citrus hops and a sliver of soft peach. Toward midway it brings up a modest degree of melon and vague berry that add another interesting facet to the experience. In the background is a mild sense of the beer's malty base. This brings together a tasty balance of citrus to melon to slightly tropical fruity hoppiness. I dig it.
