    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Pours clear gold with off white head. The aroma is an even mix of malt sweetness and grapefruit hops and then some mild bubble gum and faint banana. The taste brings up a nice level of Belgian yeast notes like mild bubble gum that mixes with tart grapefruit hops, some acidity and a background of sweet maltiness. The malt note grows some into the finish. This is a fresh tasting brew with tasty hops. I think I prefer the standard IPA version better. Although it’s fun experiencing the impact the Belgian yeast strain creates.
