Pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is a bit spicy hops to start then apple and yeast toward the end of the draw. The taste begins with lots of apples and apricots. It then gets a bit yeasty and spicy to midway with lingering apple notes into the finish. It ends a bit dry and refreshing.
